***Note***: before a return is accepted, you MUST notify us via our contact form

Your information on this form MUST include the order number as well as the REASON for the return. Our desire is to resolve any issue which we are able to by receiving as much information as will be helpful! If you have any PICTURES or other files which might be helpful towards our understanding your issue (e.g., damaged goods, etc.), please include that notification on the contact form that you will sending these files as an email attachment to our support email address: perry@politicsandtees.com

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be returned ​ within 30​ calendar days from the date received.**
  • item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them.
  • item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  • item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase returned with item(s).

In the case where an item(s) is automatically returned to politicsandtees.com’s fulfillment service warehouse either because of a wrong address (i.e., address is considered insufficient by the courier) or item(s) was unclaimed (but sent to the correct address), and you the customer wants the item(s) resent, then you will be liable to pre-pay the cost of re-shipping the item(s) to you, since politicsandtees.com has to pre-pay our fulfillment service’s shipping cost before they will re-ship the item(s).

**Note: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days from receipt of product. Similarly, all claims for items lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Any claims deemed to be the fault of politicsandtee.com’s fulfillment service will be covered at their expense.

Regrettably, because politicsandtees.com can not be reimbursed by our fulfillment service for an order involving a wrong-sized garment/item not being their fault (and with item(s) not being defective otherwise), we can not accept returns involving size exchange requests. If the product description is not deemed adequate for you to feel confident about the appropriate size, we recommend that you order the next size up.

Once we receive your item:

  • we will notify you of it’s/their receipt.
  • we will immediately inspect item(s) for adherence to our return guidelines (see above).



Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, pursuant to the above-deliniated distinctions concerning fault.
